Ronna Lucas is a seasoned trial attorney, who is not afraid to forcefully advocate for her clients.

A graduate of University of Cincinnati and Capital Law School, Ronna has extensive litigation and courtroom experience. She has successfully handled thousands of cases through settlement, bench trials, and jury trials. Ronna has also handled countless arbitrations and mediations in efforts to reach an amicable resolution for her clients. She has appeared in many appellate courts arguing on behalf of her clients.

While attending law school, Ronna interned with the Ohio Attorney General's Office, the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas and the Disciplinary Board.

Ronna previously worked as a law clerk for former Court of Common Pleas Judge Norbert A. Nadel and then as an assistant Prosecutor in the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office.

Ronna was also an associate attorney and then of-counsel for one of the nation's oldest and largest lemon law and consumer litigation firms for over a decade, acting as lead counsel for thousands of consumer cases.

Appellate Cases

  • Mueller v. Hammann, 2013-Ohio-5098 (Ohio App. 1st Dist., 2013). Obtained a default judgment against Defendant. Judgment up-held by Court of Appeals. Reversed and remanded for hearing on damages only.

  • Cox v. Kia America, Case No. C-100350 (Ohio App. Dist. 1, Mar. 18, 2011. Jury verdict for Plaintiffs, the Cox. Upheld by the Court of Appeals.

  • Yantek v. Coach Bui2013-lders et al, 1st Dist. No. C-080112007 (2008). Trial verdict for Plaintiff, Yantek. Upheld by Court of Appeals.

  • Deeter v. Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A., 2005 WL940902 (Ohio App. 2nd Dist.) 2005-Ohio-1931. Court granted summary judgment in favour of Plaintiff, Deeter. Upheld by the Court of Appeals.
